We have employed Prime’s services in the capacity of M&E Building Services Commissioning
Managers over many years. From pre-construction M&E Commissioning studies and onwards
through construction stage to practical completion and final hand-over, I have found

(The Verdean) and Whitechapel (Silk District) and the appointment is for the Overseeing the District
Heat Networks and validatiing from Design through to Handover which includes review of
methodology before the works begin, commissionability to the project phased requirements and
witnessing the systems being treated and tested.

We have worked alongside Sam Herbert, Director of Prime, across a number of projects, these
